I had planned to be a presenter at the Worldviews International Conference this week, but my new baby had other ideas.

He arrived three weeks early, effectively putting paid to those plans.

While having a child is the best possible reason to pull out of a conference, I had been looking forward to meeting the other speakers on the social media panel and absorbing all the other discussions.

With luck, there’ll be another Worldviews conference next year. If you went, I’d love to hear what you thought.

In the meantime, posting on The Analytic Eye will be very light over the summer. Look for more regular posts this fall as life (and sleep) return to normal in my world.
