About
Hi. I’m Elizabeth Monier-Williams. On September 30, 2010, I launched the The Analytic Eye.
I write all of the site’s content. If you read my Twitter bio, it says I bring an exacting edge to communications, social media, marketing analysis and popular culture, along with whatever else happens to catch my attention. I do my best to keep that statement true.
You may have seen my work in The Book of Business Awesome (connection explained here). It’s also mentioned in several posts across the site.
I post new content as often I can. I have a fairly demanding day job, so my posting frequency has dropped off recently.
Shorter posts appear via the Analytic Blinks section (or Tuesday Blinks). If you want to know more about this feature of the site, read my overview about Blinks and why I launched them. You can also read all the posts tagged with Analytic Blink.
I’m on Twitter @analyticeye and on LinkedIn. I also maintain a page for The Analytic Eye on Facebook. I use Twitter to share articles or trends that interest me. I use my Facebook to test ideas or solicit feedback on posts from a core group of readers.
Design Credits
The Analytic Eye is designed by Richard M. Rudy. You can reach him @thezenmonkey or visit Design + Awesome to see more of his work.
This version of the site launched in August 2012. I’m still working through my post archive and fixing the photo alignment and a few other bugs. If you see anything weird, please let me know. You can reach me by email at emw ( at ) theanalyticeye ( dot ) com.
Thanks for visiting.
